Some people who are religious seems to think so going after what the Bible say but it's not murder since legally aborting fetal tissue is allowed. It's not a baby or a person. What ever a religion say has no effect on the law.

First, what is murdering?
Murdering is killing a helpless person.
That baby is helpless.
Taking a life is murder.
If that baby is fine, (living and breathing) then that's murder.

The term murder can only be used on someone who is born so legally it is not murder.

A religious view would probably consider it as such.

However we all have to follow the law all but not religion.
That is a choice that can not be enforced onto others unless you live in a country where religion heavily influence politics. Like Iran for instance.
