Felix is a skilled fighter and a member of the Volturi guard. He doesn't seem to have a power like Alice, Edward or most of the other vampires.

i read somewhere that he left the lakewood troop to go to the troop international.
Felix left early in season 2 to enter the International Troops in Staad.
He left for the Troop International or something like that in the 2nd season.
