Rabbits are small, flexible, and fast-moving. Their size helps them stay underground and in small bushes or other spaces. They are very flexible, which helps them run, avoid enemies, and hide. They also have very large feet that let them hop long distances and run.
big ears to hear predators and they malt in the summer to keep cool
A rabbit builds burrows, undergroung caves, in which they can escape predators, and when they feel like a predator is around they either run fast or stay still.
If you mean wild rabbits, they eat grass and veggies for moisture and vitamins, and dig burrows to keep cool as rabbits can't survive in warm climates (over 28 degrees!)

wild rabbits eat practically the same as tame rabbits, there vegetarians so all the eat is plants so they don't really have to adapt.
Rabbits change their color. In spring, their fur is brown, and in the winter their fur is white.
They can adapt to multiple habitats in North America.
