I have four: sunlight because there are some protists and the plants that live in the water that need to have the sun to perform photosynthesis, the rocks because some animals live there, the soil on the bottom where some animals hide and some plants grow, and of course water!

Latitude & seasonal periodicity to effect total amount of sunlight. Weather patterns (wind and water currents). Pedology (soil formation or weathering process) bedrock mineral content & sedimentation, age of formation, under water "climate". Wave action changes the amount of O2 dissolved in the water and the shore's shape. Chemistry including pollutants, pH, and salinity factors like fresh water influx with solutes and sediments.
First off, the biotic factors are the LIVING things, not the non-living That's abiotic. Some biotic factors are the fish like minnows, bass, and catfish at the top. The producers would be the algae and plants and grass. Insects and snails would be classified as primary consumers, the middle, not producers, but not at the top of the chain either. That's all I really know, !!!
