They both have 4 tires. Both have windshields. Both will have an engine, although the hybrid will have a small engine.

Just an interesting fact: The 2009 BMW M3 is more fuel effecient compared to a 2009 Toyota Prius while the Prius is driving at top speed and the M3 is just keeping up with it.
