Well believe it or not, most actors and actresses are married who do love scenes so it is very hard but they like to build chemistry with your partner but not to actually fall in love with them. but you do want to have good chemistry so that way you can feel right and lots of times people really do fall in love and have an affair but you have to be careful not to do that they are just acting and you have to remember that!! :)
