They both have a Nucles, Cell Membrane, Mitochdrion, and Vacole, also scientist hav pruven that they both have lysosomes, well at least some plant cells do

I don't think that animal cell has a similar cell with plant. It's an organic when it comes to plant, animals are much more different. Why don't you look at it inside Biology and it will tell more,...
They all have a nucleaus and they can build up to make a slightly larger object than one cell. A cell membrane they all have that translates objects in and out of the cell.
