How are the Catholic and Jewish religions alike?

Answer:

They are profoundly different. Jews worship only G-d, and our 'bible' is the Tanakh, which comprises the Torah, Prophets, and Writings. We do not believe in 'original sin', or 'hell'.

Catholics worship also Jesus and Mary, and do usually believe in 'original sin'. Their bible is the New Testament.
