Well, the earth revolves around the sun, and the moon (while it also revolves around the sun) revolves around the earth revolving around the sun.

On the earth one year is 365 days, on the moon one year is 24 hours.

Beyond that I can't say, but I'm sure there are other minor differences, axis etc. \
