It's probably not a good idea for someone that young to get started that young, using a crutch like diet pills. Try exercise and change your diet. Avoid fats and sugars. Eat plenty of fruits, veggies and protein (meat, eggs, beans). Such a diet will help decrease your appetite and help you keep from wanting to eat between meals. It will also help you maintain muscle mass, which is essential for loosing weight. Eat right and exercise. That's a far better program for a 13 year old.
