It means you're going to die soon. :(

What a pessimistic answer!!! It could be a number of things from appendicitis, bone marrow issues, immune system problems and even malnutrition. Most are treated very successfully!!

A Leukocyte count (white blood cell count) of or around 26,000 is implying that the body is attempting to fight off a very serious viral or bacterial infection. Proof of this answer is in my own experience. I had a seizure and after arriving at the hospital, tests showed my white blood cell count was over 26,000, leading my Doctors to conducting a spinal tap on me. They were looking for meningitis or any other serious infections. Hopefully I could help! Thanks

Normal white blood cell count is 45000 to 11000. An elevated white blood cell count of 13900 indicates an infectious process of some sort. It could be due to stress, exercise, cold, etc. A critical (really bad) number is not until it is greater than 30000.

It is really bad, especially, if the person is an adult. Total white cells count in adults is 5000 to 11500. With total white cell count alone can't reach to a conclusion. A differential count will tell the correct story.

I'm not 100% sure.

But I would ask a Doctor about that.
