You need to see your OBGYN to be safe. Unless your stomach hit the ground you should be safe. Most that can happen is a strawberry mark at the place that the baby got hurt. It happened to my cousin.

Anyway, it depends on how far you fall, how hard you fall and whatever your physical condition was before you fell, whether or not it can cause any harm to your baby. Your falling could be a symptom of an underlying problem that your doctor needs to treat. The County Public Health Department has free or very-low-cost prenatal and maternal health care programs, even if you are on drugs, have HIV or are a minor.
