When it comes to believability of anyone, a person needs to spend time with them (whether personally or in this case, observing them), perhaps read a few books they have published and see how it feels to you. No one on the Earth, no matter their profession will resonate with everyone. No one of the Earth has ever been believable to everyone they meet - that's just human nature.
I have personally learned a few things from her, and I have appreciated the stories she tells of her grandmother and growing up as a child. However, I do not follow her career but that doesn't mean I do not wish her well.
