How big can usb sticks get?

Answer:
64GB is the largest at the moment, but there are no hardware limitations - you could see flash memory sticks with a few hundred Gig capacity in the future. The one problem is that as prices come down, they could become replaced entirely by it's 2.5 external SSD (Solid State Drive) counterpart in the future.
