In our experience, Chihuahua Terrier mixes (depending on what Terrier breed in involved) tend to run under 10 lbs, fully grown. Some are a good deal smaller. "Pooka," our long-haired Chuhuahua-Terrier from Australia at 17 months is about 5.5 lbs at most.

probobly beetween its size and a big dogs size it depends tho if the mom is a chihuahua she could die becouse of the size mabey if the moms the border collie it wouldent really hert her so i would recomend the collie to be the female

A Chihuahua is easily 4 or 5 times smaller than any Bull Terrier. English Bull Terriers and Staffordshire Bull Terriers are medium sized breeds, compared to the miniscule Chihuahua. Even Miniature Bull Terriers are noticeably larger than a Chihuahua.
