A mastiff breed can get very large. Boxers usually stay around a medium to small large dog. But the Mastiff in this dog could produce a Large dog.

∙ 12y agoThey are classified as medium-large dogs. It depends on whether you plan on getting a female or a male. The females tend to be 5-10 pounds less than the male, where the male can range from 55-80 pounds. Hope this helped!

English mastiffs grow until they are three years of age. My English mastiff just turned two years old and he is 185 pounds. The maximum weight limit for a mastiff is 255 pounds. I am 5 foot 2 and my mastiff is about to my knee caps sitting down, and to the top of my legs standing up. I will update this page next year when he is full grown.
Yea, English Mastiffs are one of the largest breed of dog in the world. My English Mastiff is 10 months and he is 180 pounds. These dogs are x-large dogs. They are a handfull to take care of, they eat alot, but they are the sweetest most loveable dogs.
I agree. I have an English Mastiff and he is only 2 years old but he weighs about 203 pounds. I am 5 foot 4 and when he stands on his hind legs on our fence , he is about 2 feet taller then me.I too am an English Mastiff owner. He is an amazing dog, very loyal and an amazing breed. I did a lot of research before picking my dog out and having never owned this breed before I am totally thrilled to own one. I agree with the above posts my boy is just under a year old and is already 130 lbs. His dad at two years old is 227 lbs so they are a large breed that's for sure. But to classify them as medium to large is not entirely correct it is more like large to ex large.My boy when I sit on the couch and he sits beside me with all four paws on the floor looks me in the eye.

∙ 12y agoThe English Mastiff is a "giant" breed of dog. Males typically can weigh 150-250 pounds (68-110 kg), a typical female can weigh 120-200 pounds (54-91 kg). According to the AKC, standard height for this breed is minimum 30 inches (76 cm) at the shoulder for males and a minimum of 27.5 inches (70 cm) at the shoulder for females.

∙ 13y agoThe Bullmastiff is the result of crossing the English Mastiff with the British Bulldog over 200 years ago. So a Bullmastiff cross with a English Mastiff would probably range between 130-200 lbs and between 27-30 in. tall
