4 - 7 inches when aroused is average for a women, and there isn't really a minimum penis size needed for the vagina. Average penis length is around 6 inches, but it doesnt matter about length its how you use it.

The woman's vagina expands during sex to take the whole penis but a small penis will still work fine.
