The Loch is 21 miles long(37 kilometres) and is deepest at 230 metres. Okay, 1) Nessie has never been proven to exist. And 2) It is not a lake, it's a loch. It's Loch Ness.

Loch Ness is approx 23 miles long and 1 mile wide at it's widest part.

It is , at it's deepest point just short of 1,000 feet.

It never gets below 3* C so never freezes over.

Contains more water than all the rivers and lakes in England and Wales put together.

Since there are no photographs or documentation of any kind, all we have to rely on is eyewitness accounts. Most say she is longer than a school bus.But nobody knows.
