I live in East selangor and have a big letter MAL on ny wind screen, front and back.
I got that NOT from a station but from any land and transport office.
You need the blue paper for the car,and if that is not in your own name authourisation from the owner, then you need a "Lebuhraya coupon " ( its a red paper) from the land transport office ,they will give you the sticker with the letter MAL, ( I did that at the land transport office in South salangor, Its on a road behind Tainiang restaurant)
At the exit you will need the Original of every thing not a copy,
Its a little complicated at the exit as you have to fill in a form listing all the people travelling with you. The wording is strange as the call the passengers "crew".
The highway fee is 5.50 RM
