There are community colleges that offer both the transfer and technology associate degree in engineering. I would suggest you start with your home county community college. It's less expensive than the four year colleges and universities, more community oriented, smaller classes with better student to professor ratio, which means more individualized attention. The community college is a great place to start. If you wish to transfer to a four year institution afterward to pursue The Bachelor's degree, you can.
