How can I review text messages sent on one of my verizon account's cell phones?

Well, the easiest way would be to look on the phone itself. I assume that you tried that.

The next step would be to call customer service. Technically, they are not supposed to provide you with this information. But you never know, you might get a rep who doesn't know what he/she is doing.

The final step would be to get a court order to force Verizon Wireless to hand over the information.
