You should talk to him about him. Tell him you like him and that you don't know what to do because his brother likes you. He may or may not like the idea of hurting his brother like that but if you don't take the chance then he will never know. Yeah it is going to suck for the younger brother but if you don't like him, there is nothing you can do about it! Take a chance.

Your biggest problem is not that the brother that likes you or that you like the other brother. A relationship reality that's not obvious to teens is that teens don't have a concept of time passing and its value. You can use it to your advantage in this situation. If you like the older brother a lot, then he's worth waiting for. Treat the younger brother as you would any guy who was interested in you but you're not interested in him. The kinder you can handle the situation, the better you will look. Once you've made it clear to little brother, let some time pass while you are equally friendly to both. Then, when everyone is comfortable with the situation, you can start talking more and smiling more with older brother. We don't know if he's interested but it is less likely he will be interested if you've hurt his brother. Instant gratification isn't always good when it comes to relationships.
