You can update your iOS device (iPhone, iTouch, iPad) in two different ways: through the Settings app or through iTunes.Through Settings (recommended):Note: this method only works if you already have iOS 5 or above. To see which version you have, go to Settings > General > About > Version.Simply tap the Settings app, then go to General > Software Update. It will either say that your software is up to date or give you an update. If it tells you there is a new update, download and install it. Your iOS device will restart itself and boom! You have the latest version of iOS.Through iTunes:Plug your iOS device into your computer. Click on the device on iTunes, and click "Check for Update". Then download and install it to your device. This method is a little slower than the other one, and your computer must remain powered on for the entire update, but it gets the job done.Plug your device into iTunes (on your computer) and click the update button. It should be in Summary. If you have iOS 5, then you can update it from your device in Settings.if yOU jailbreak it you can jailbreak it at any computer service shop
