The healthiest way is to cut your calorie intake and start exercising. Diet pills work, but are not good for your body and their effect is only temporary. If you want the weight off for good, do it the old fashioned way and start being more active. Take up sports and be outdoors as much as you can. Being indoors will temp you to eat and sit in front of the TV. Good luck!
well ia am very big for my age myself well i am on a soup diet well a soup diet is when you take a cup with a lid and drink that it will take you a while but i lost 10 lbs in 3 weeks so try your hardest
If you are only 120 pounds that is a healthy weight. However, if you would like to get fitter then have soda only once every two weeks, have one candy bar every week, and walk or run every other day! It's a lot more fun when you walk or run with friends!
A 12 year old girl can lose 15 pounds by going on a no carb diet. Lean meats, vegetables and very little fruit make up the mainstay of this diet. Stay away from breads and carbohydrates of any kind including potatoes. Exercise during this time will help as well.
There are a lot of things going on in a twelve year old's body. You are growing in stature (height and weight), you are probably at the onset of puberty, and you are still carrying around what is commonly called "baby fat". The best thing to do would be go to your Doctor and ask her advice. There are too many important physiological changes going on with your body at twelve years old to mess around with "popular" or "celebrity" diets. Keep your health first.
yeh i had your problem, i was a fat kid all my life, and i mean faaaaat, at 16 i was 125 kg (nearly 22st) and was about 5 foot 6, then i started doing alot more walking, about 5 miles over the course of the day so i didnt get tired out too much, then i used to only eat 3 bowls of muesli (tesco brands the cheapest) a day, made with water, not milk, and i managed to lose about 55kg (almost 10 stone) in all and went down to 70kg, then i grew to like 5'10 and felt alot better, now im about 90 kg but im lifting weights and look about the same waist wise but stronger (bigger arms)
Do upper leg exercises like running and eat a reasonable healthy food diet.

Depending on the cost of the materials you need, your price will keep going up. You're looking at anywhere from $300-800 and possibly even more or less.
105 pounds is equal to 7.5 stones.
you are too young to want to loose weight and 105 is not that bad.
Yes its pretty good but a good weight would be between 105-110 pounds so mostly yes 5`1 and 105 pounds is good weight.
105 pounds - 120 pounds
First take the weight in pounds and multiply by 453.59. The resulting number is the weight in grams. To convert grams to kilograms, simply divide by 1000. Or, an easier option is to take the weight given in pounds and multiply by 0.45359. In this case the answer is 47.62 kilograms.
I think she's about 105 pounds
Anywhere from 105 pounds to 135 pounds is a healthy weight
About 100 pounds
Height 5'2" - Weight 105 pounds Height 1.57m - Weight 47.73 kg
A healthy BMI recommendation for a 5'9" 13 year old is between 105 pounds and 147.6 pounds. It is unhealthy to lose more than 2 pounds a week, but with regular exercise and a well-balanced diet, one can reach their target weight.
Units of weight do not convert into units of distance, these are two different kinds of things. Conceivably you are asking how many kilometers you need to run in order to lose 105 pounds, to which there is no definite answer, but it would be a lot of kilometers.
If you're a woman with average bone structure, you're already at your ideal body weight. Losing 20 pounds would put you at 105, which is more than 10% below your ideal body weight. At a weight of 105, you would be malnourished, and your health would be in danger. So I don't recommend you lose 20 pounds. If you're a man with average bone structure, then at 125 pounds you're already 10 pounds below your ideal body weight, and should definitely not lose more weight.
