Start with excersize for an hour a day. Lift small weights( Even 5 pds helps), jog or walk a mile, depending on your shape, Ride your bike, do situps. It doesn't matter how long you do any of this as long as ou do it till you break a sweat and are tired. Do it every other day for two weeks and you should see improvement in endurance and be getting into better shape, then do this every day for a while if you want top shape. For eating habits, don't eat less, eat better, like more balanced diet( three meals a day basic categories ) Snack after workout, like Some kind food with electrolytes, like a banana or a few saltines. Drink plenty of water.

WATER. WATER. WATER. A lot of people don't know this but water actually shrinks you're stomach a TON. Look it up; you can find a lot of interesting weight lose facts with water online. :-) Running is another thing; it burns fat all over your body!!!!!

You should be comfortable with your body, but if you are very overweight and a parent or doctor speaks to you here are some tips exercise is always a start it's a great way to stay healthy, another way is to consume less dairy products such as milk and cheese, and last have moderation in eating sweets like candy and chocolate.
