Your heart rate needs to be moving a fast rate for you to be in the weight losszone.. Research Acai berry juice I take and alot of people have lost alot of weight by drinking half to a glass a day. Consult your doctor about colon cleansing pills, they do work and have worked for many people.. Cut down sweets, sugar, soda, junk food high fat foods. Well when your a bit older lifting weights help speed the metabolism. Sleep well.
