umm well im 15. and i used to be really skinny (i still am) but i used to only weigh like 115pds. but i used to be really active and i like lived out side. but i started trying to eat more like when i got bored i would eat and when i wasent Evan that hungry i would eat. and i slowly stoped going out side, and i started working out a lil and now im about to be 16 and i weigh 130pds. soo umm ya me. so try going on a large protein diet and about 2,500 calories.
