There is no substitute for exersise and good diet. First, start out with a morning walk or something to get you going (do it for 15 minutes and work up to 30 minutes). Start adding good things to your diet (fruits, veggies, walnuts, soy milk, yogurt, etc), not necessarily taking your favorite foods out, just adding good things. You will find yourself eating less of your unhealthy foods. Subscribe or borrow from the library "Prevention" magazine. It is packed with weight loss tips and everything for a healthy person.
