Most people need 2000 calories a day for basis body function therefore if you reduce you caloric intake to 1500 calories and exercise to burn 750 calories a day you could very easily loose that 20 pounds in 2 months. Focus on fruits and vegetables, smaller portions and count all of you calories. Just stay motivated and in two months you will see a difference
