A blackboard would be the same temperature as the rest of the room. If the sun shone through the window directly onto the blackboard, the blackboard would absorb more of the sun's heat, and become warmer that the rest of the room.

Any object tends to exchange heat with its surroundings, until it has the same temperature. For example, if the room gets a bit warmer, some heat will transfer to the blackboard until it is, again, at the same temperature as the room.
