Not if the child is overweight and it is done correctly.
Vomiting to lose weight is always dangerous. There is no safe way to do it.
A eleven year old child can go on a diet to lose weight. The child can also do some light exercises like walking and swimming to lose weight.
that is WAY to light unless it is a very young child that is WAY to light unless it is a very young child that is WAY to light unless it is a very young child That might be a little unhealthy... But if you are looking to lose weight, I recommend the book "Flat Belly Diet" Also, Weight Watchers is a great program to help get thinner. Good luck!

BMI is body mass index. To lose it, you're going to have to go on a diet and lose the weight. If it's your child who has too high of a BMI, same goes for your child.
may i suggest doing a small run every day
Although exercise is essential to losing weight, a 12 year old can try to lose weight by eating healthier foods. It really depends on the child, however, and they should get checked with the doctor if they don't think they're healthy. Dieting is not recommended for children, as that can be dangerous for them. Losing weight at 12, however, really isn't necessary unless the child is obese and needs help. Weight really shouldn't be an issue until the child is older. The child should only be concerned about what it eats, and if it's healthy.
it all depends on the age of the child because if there are, lets say, under 10 then a diet is not healthy for them what so ever. a child grows and to grow and develop properly they need a healthy balanced diet and some extra fat. the child may be tubby to Begin with but as s/he enters the teen years all the tubbyness will grow out. if the child is over 10 then there are many different diets s/he can do to lose weight. there is the cabbage diet, the rainbow diet and many more. alot of these diets are extreme though and can lead to anorexia so if the child wants to lose weight to a healthy weight then they need to eat a balanced diet everyday, have 6 mini meals a day instead of 3 big ones and exercise lots. the more exercise you do the quicker you burn off the calories you have eaten and the faster you lose weight. hope this helps :)
well firstly they don't need to take them because at the age of a child your weight can be heavy or light it actually starts to matter when you become an adult. Nothing will happen if you take them once but if you keep taking them then your weight may be at a weight they may not like
You must make the child become more active. Have them play outside with your adult Sims. Only feed the child when it's hunger is getting relatively low to avoid overeating, which will also cause the Sim child to gain weight.
You can't particularly "diet" to lose weight, but you can control the calorie intake to a level that is healthy for your body type and pregnancy. This reduction in calories will overall make you lose weight, especially after you deliver the baby.
