If you are a chocoholic, staying away from the thing you love can cause you to feel deprived, become irritable and eventually go on a binge.
Instead of denying yourself what you love, try indulging yourself completely! Each chocolate every day. Find the best quality, and savor every bite. Incorporate chocolate into your diet by reducing portion sizes or increasing the amount of exercise you do and celebrate your healthy lifestyle that lets you have what you love. Good luck!

There are some FABULOUS low-carb (or no-net-carb) chocolate products on the market. I dreaded the thought of life without chocolate, but even my local supermarket had a surprising array of alternative forms. They are astonishingly good (and I am a picky chocolate consumer!). Good luck.
Answer
