It is not likely the court would grant custody to a parent with no means to support the child(ren). Unless there are unusual circumstances in the situation. get involved in there school work ,attend the school ,women never have jobs and they get awarded custody ,have a support system close ,family friends etc and in case of emergency's people close at hand and ready to name .get a legal aid lawyer before she does.take the child and move out before she does.apply for interm custody before she does .when you have the lawyer wright a book about how it was with her and she will be forced to respond to pages and pages of crap with a legal bill .lets hope she has a job .
