take this from me because i am a girl. all you really have to do is be yourself around her, tell her how you feel about her, and to say it just be like "whatever her is, i really like you and i thought you should know that, its just i have been trying so hard to not be afraid of telling you this because I'm also scared of what your gonna say." or something along those lines and if your my brother then just be all up in their face and say "u me Saturday night, 8:00 call u wit the dets." apparently no girl can resist him (so he says) but he does that to try an be cool. just don't be someone your not, like i said before be yourself and things will go the way you want them to.
