eat a healthy diet with three balanced meals a day exercise to get muscle. but some people will never put on weight it is just the way they are. however i know a girls that says she cannot put on weight and she eats alot but achually only has 1 meal a day. tis is unhealthy eat at least 3.

Answeri think that's a healthy weight for a 12 year old. I'm 15 and i weigh 95 pounds, I'm not anorexic or anything, i guess it's because i do a lot of sports. if you really want to gain weight, eat a bit of food before bed. Oh and eat bananas and cheese :)
