How can a mediocre student win an extemporaneous speech contest?

Answer:
I was actually looking for an answer my self but it seems like you start with an intro (preferably about some historical or everyday event) say your question and your opinion then state your two to three points. After go to you first point (most people move to a different place while they talk about each point). Support each of those points with three quotes from credible places ( like the New York times Cnn or BBC). Add in fancy terms in unnessisary places and possibly define one when you need to fill up time. BE CONFIDENT! To conclude restate your question and answer your point and tie it into your intro. Don't worry if you need to stop and think in the middle of your speach after the unconfertable pause say that you were pulling a Rick Perry and pretend you were joking. You probably can geuss from this that I am also a mediocre student so if somewone actually has a good system please answer this question.
