How can a person get a pardon for a misdemeanor? |

Answer
A "pardon" would not be applicable.
If the misdemeanor conviction can be proved faulty, then it might be possible to have it expunged or the conviction appealed and a new hearing ordered.
Time limit for appeal, classification of the misdemeanor, any prior criminal history of the convicted person, and similar issues would apply.
