Lactose is the main carbohydrate in milk, so has no direct link to calcium. Cheese is very low lactose and a moderate source of calcium. In adults, a general balanced diet has enough calcium - in much of the Far East, dairy products are extremely rare in the traditional diet and a great deal of dietary calcium comes from meat cooked on the bone so that calcium leaches into the meat and any sauce it is cooked in.
I have a milk Allergies and I take these chocolate (or any flavor you want) they do not have milk in them, and they are very tasty. My Mum got them from our local drugstore. Hope this helps. (there are also other things that have calcium in them)
A person can take calcium supplements but asking a doctor first would be the safe thing to do. Always consult a doctor before taking anything. They might even suggest another option. Getting lactose free profucts could also help.

Lactose intolerance is a misnomer. Many people are unaware of what it actually is and means. Almost everyone on the planet is lactose intolerant, it's just to what degree. The majority of adult humans don't produce the lactase enzyme needed to break down lactose. More correctly it's to what degree are you intolerant. Generally speaking, yes you could be half lactose intolerant.
No. Being lactose intolerant means that you are unable to digest lactose which is most often found in dairy products such as milk, ice cream, etc. Bacon is, of course, meat and does not contain lactose.
