Okay girls in 5th grade i weighed 170 pounds in fifth grade and i started losing weight because i got pissed everyday, i ran for an hour everyday and just ate vegetable-sand lost 60 pounds in 7 weeks .if i can do it you can do it.

∙ 12y agoDevelop an eating disorder. Seriously though, that is way too much weight to expect to lose a week. 1-2 pounds/week is safe. Try cutting your sugar intake dramatically and upping your exercise, you should see results.

∙ 10y agoLosing five pounds in a week is not possible because study says your daily calorie intake should be 2550- for men and 1940 for women. To lose 1pound a week you need to cut down 500 calorie from your daily intake so to lose 5 pound you have to cut down 5000 calorie per day which is not possible because your intake is not even 3000 calorie.
