First, he should introduce himself, but yes. see link
A minor can not legally choose. If there is a court order for visitation it has to be followed and if not you can lose custody. It's your job to see to that the child goes. If you suspect the child is being harmed you have to report this.
No he does not because he is not the child's parent anymore.
In family law and government policy, child support or child maintenance is the ongoing obligation for a periodic payment made directly or indirectly by a non-custodial parent to a custodial parent, caregiver or guardian, or the government, for the care and support of children of a relationship or marriage that has been terminated; However child custody is a separate issue in family court but also determine where the child reside more. There are different types of child - here is the link www.nolo.com/article.cfm/objectId/You and the biological father have joint legal custody he does pay child support But when your son goes to visit him for 3 months who does the child support money go to? The mother gets the money, you as the biological father ASAP get a child maintenance downwards modification or request a temporary suspension due to you now having physical and joint custody
I would contact a local attorney and explain your situation. In some cases, you may be able to sue the biological father for non-support. Just remember, if he didn't have the money to pay child support, more than likely it will just be a moral victory. However, if the father has a business, home, or other assets, you may be able to have a lien placed against the bio father. My advice for you is to keep accurate records and when the child turns 18, have the child petition the court to have the child support paid to them. There is no statute of limitations on child support payments and states have agreements to cooperate in finding and collecting support. Good luck, BW

Depends on how long the visit is. But if the father is the non-custodial parent in this case, then he will have to pay child support on this child. Different states vary in their laws. But typically a "visit" will not affect child support.
The child may visit at any age if a court order for visitation is in place. If no such order exists or visitation has been terminated for any reason, the child can visit their parent when they reach the age of majority in their state, 18 in Colorado.
I'm not sure about Louisiana but many states say that the man who is married to the women is the father no matter if he is the biological father or not so he would have the rights to the child example: if they were to divorce he would be responsible for supporting the child in less he decided to sign over all of his rights to the child in which case he would no longer have rights to claim that child or visit
The father has the right to visit with his child unless the court issues an order to the opposite.

No, child support obligations and visitation or custodial issues are completely different matters.
