There is only one way for anyone of any age to lose weight; reduce your calorie intake (how much you eat) and increase the amount you exercise. There are some simple ways to increase the amount you exercise, such as taking the stairs when you can instead of an elevator, having the person who drives you somewhere park farther from wherever you are going so that you will have to walk farther to get there, simple things like that. You can start taking a walk daily, with a friend or parent for safety, and drink more water. When you have a choice between a sweet snack or a fruit or fresh vegetables, choose the fruit or vegetables. Drink plain milk instead of chocolate. Lots of little changes can make a big difference.

um 3 meals a day and a snack after school....

Dosent work... lol no offinese, but what i do is i drink a choclate milkshake every morning and when i get home from school and i have gained 15 pounds in the last 12 weeks :)

ok first of all work out and than afterward you drink this stuff it's called muscle milk which tastes like a milkshake and you mix it with water or milk (your chose) and it's filled with lots of protein which makes you get bigger muscles faster it really works try it
