Anencephaly means having "no brain", quite literally. It is a congenital (genetic) condition whereby most of the brain and spinal cord is missing from an infant, and what part of the brain is present is often exposed, and not covered by skull or skin. Most infants with this condition will not survive childbirth. Those who do live will be unable to think or process information on any level, or even feel pain.
In any case, to answer your question, there is no way to cure or even treat this condition. Palliative care (that which aims only to treat symptoms and reduce suffering) may be considered wholly futile, and may not administered. However, these babies have families who care about them, and palliative care is one way to help families come to grips with their loss. The condition is considered fatal over a very short period of time.
Please note that this is an EXTREMELY distressing condition to witness, and I would advise you to exercise caution when looking up any further information, especially pictures or video footage.

Anencephaly.
It occurs during the first month of embryonic development
Anencephaly is a birth defect where the brain, skull and scalp do not develop fully or properly. It is a fatal defect. Anecephaly is the absence of a major part of the brain, skull or scalp during the embryonic development.
Anencephaly also known as neural tube defect.
False, that's spina bifida. Both spina bifida and anencephaly are neural tube defects whose risk decreases with adequate folic acid intake.
A condition which causes part of the brain not to form is called anencephaly.
Anencephaly is a lethal birth defect characterized by the absence of all or part of the skull and scalp and malformation of the brain.
Babies with anencephaly have smaller heads and brains due to drugs and alcoholism.
