Send her a big bunch of roses with a little tag saying a little love poem or "Roses are red, violets are blue, my love for you is very true", or take her out on a candle lit meal and get the person at the resteraunt to bring out some flowers and put on her favourite song, or take her to a very private resteraunt and have violins play in the back ground
