By blood e.g. sharing needles,
By touch e.g. shaking hands,
Or through the air, e.g. coughing or sneezing.
Microbes are mostly transporter through the air. They can be aerosolized into bioaerosols and carried to and deposited into different environments.
Adding Sulphur dioxide to the crushed grape juice, kills wild yeast and other microbes that are on the remaining grape skins. This is the procedure carried out to prevent rival microbes competing for the wine yeast food supply.
MICROBES CAN CHANGE THE HEALTHY PERSON TO SICK,UNWELL[Aleteration in comfort)or even to kill the person 0
because they are so tiny, microbes spread easily from one place to another. they can spread by being carried on air currents, in water and on and in the bodies of living creatures.

in my opinion, cultivating microbes on slant agar is carried out when we do not know anything about the microbe. slant agar is a nutrient rich medium that allows most microorganism to grow. therefore, we could obtain a pure sample of the microorganism.
i dont know but the person who did invent it did have moves like jagger
Nitrogen fixation carried out by the microbes is known as biological nitrogen fixation.many microbes can fix nitrogen non-symbiotically like cyanobacteria, anabaena, etc whereas certain fix N2 symbiotically like rhizhobium species.
An aeroplankton is a tiny life form which float and drift in the air, carried by the current of the wind. The generalized term comprises microbes, viruses, and thousands of species of bacteria and fungi.
