The key element that needs to follow the monitoring, is providing solutions to improve customer service based on recommendations from the customer and/or the monitor identifying where improvements need to be made, and then making the change.

If you remove barriers and problems that fetter the customer, they will have a positive experience (satisfaction) with the organization.
