You can't, however, you can copy a CD or DVD. There are lost of free programs, try Windows Media Playet, latest version is a free download, or try FreeRip, Ashampoo's good but you have to buy it.
Basically, it's dead easy.
You can save the CD/DVD Files to your hard drive & play them and/or copy/burn them to blank CDS & DVDs

It can actually be much easier than that. i spent forever downloading things and trying to convert files and then I found the website (in the related link) - it converted what i needed in less than a minute. you dont have to pay or download anything its just right on the website. if you want to pay to do it then be my guest and download software. otherwise use this website.
