How can one know which is the best voice to text application for iPhone or Mac Computers?

My associates and I have been Mac and iPhone users from their inception. We operate a small construction company involved mostly in residential and light commercial remodeling and new construction.

Our company provides iPhones to all of our key people in the field as well as our office staff. We are using many of the tools available on our Mac OS 10.5.7-- 4 GB computers in conjunction with our iPhones. We currently use many of the applications available on these two devices.

One of the most recent applications we have purchased from the Apple Store is the Quick Voice Pro voice to text or voice to voice email package. It seems to be a fabulous tool that everyone in our organization can make use of in our effort to communicate in an effective way. Some of us have played with it a bit and can already see how the fast pace activities we engage in from day to day can be streamed lined, organized and preserved more efficiently

There are so many applications available that do basically the same thing, that it is difficult to check them all out to find the one that is most usable and applicable to our operation. The people who have developed these various applications could possibly be biased in their recommendations and claims of superiority of their product.

There may not be an unbiased source for guidance with the selections of the various applications that do about the same thing. I suppose the best approach to this question is to try some of the ones with the better ratings and see if they do what we want them to do.
