you can as all western banks ave withdrawn this facility, if its not much say $500 then the only way i sugest is via letter post, making sure u send it recorded delivery with insurance and a tracking number, dont tell them u sending cash as they wont insure u - just telll them its a gift.good look-- May God bless Iran--down to USA & Israel
