If you don't go to the innermost area of your house away from any windows. if you know where heavy things are in your house, like pianos or refrigerators, stay away form them and in you basement don't be right under them in case the floor decides to give in. where ever you are in a house make sure to cover your head and you neck. your neck contains the most important muscles liking your brain to your spinal chords. if you are outside lay in a field or in a ditch and use your hand to cover you head and neck, but mainly your neck. and if you are in a mobile home, GET OUT! if you neighborhood has a storm shelter go to it otherwise follow the outside directions.
