Open your email select the person you are sending to, click on the icon that looks like a paper clip, or click the word attach. Then you will be require to browse or look for the picture on your computer. When you find the picture that you are looking for double click the picture to attach it to your email.
Continue to compose your email and then hit the send button to complete the process.

Almost all such as Hotmail, Yahoo, Gmail, or basically any other email servide has a "Attachment" button usually located near the "Send" or the "Composite" buttons. That attachment button allows you to attach a pitchure or file from your computer to the email.
